A bit about me.

I'm a Business Intelligence and Analytics professional who enjoys turning complex problems into practical solutions that make people's work easier and decisions more informed.

Today, I work in IT Business Intelligence & Reporting at Williams Companies, where I build Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and reporting solutions that help teams across the organization better understand their data and make confident, data-driven decisions. What I enjoy most about my work is being able to connect the technical side of data with the real business challenges behind it — understanding what people need, improving processes, and creating solutions that actually add value.

Before Williams, I spent four years as a Business Analyst at Sintese Comercial Hospitalar in Goiânia, Brazil, where I developed my passion for process improvement, data analysis, and finding better ways to work. I supported financial operations, managed reporting processes involving more than $300K in monthly receivables, and helped improve workflows through automation and better use of data.

My journey has been built on curiosity, persistence, and continuous growth. I moved from Brazil to the United States in 2015, learned English while working and studying, earned my B.S. in Management Information Systems from Oklahoma State University, and I am currently continuing my education through a Master's in Business Analytics & Data Science.

I believe great analytics is not just about dashboards or numbers — it's about understanding the people and processes behind the data and creating solutions that help organizations move forward.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, my two dogs Snow and Winter (who definitely run the house), biking, walking, and enjoying the little moments with family. I also enjoy a good Destiny gaming session whenever I can.
